About The Position
The Training Management and Performance Assurance Specialist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) will support the Training Management and Performance Assurance team within the Office of Technical Training. This role focuses on all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), particularly in job/task analysis and training assessments. The specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts and staff to enhance training programs and ensure effective training delivery, contributing to ORNL's mission of scientific discovery and innovation.
