About The Position

BDR Solutions, LLC, (BDR) supports the U.S. Federal Government in successfully achieving its mission and goals. Our service and solution delivery starts with understanding each client’s end-state, and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency’s organization to improve and enhance business and technical operations and deployments. BDR is seeking a Training Lead to join our growing team! This position will be performed virtually from the individual’s home office working on EST time schedule with ad-hoc travel to Ashburn, VA. This position requires US Citizenship with an active Top-Secret clearance. (Military Veterans and HUBZone candidates are highly encouraged to apply)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, IT or similar) with a minimum of 3 years of experience designing and delivering training.
• Have a background in designing and delivering IT training.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Training design and development certification(s), preferred.
• Experience supporting CBP/DHS, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract personnel are adequately trained in the tools, processes, procedures, and customer service best practices required to perform the services.
• Formulate formal training curricula for new hire training as well as refresher and remedial training for experienced agents.
• Continually review existing training and contract performance for opportunities to improve.
• Ensure contractor personnel take all government-mandated training within deadlines established by Government Leadership—tracking completion of training and reporting to government leadership.
