In this internship, you will assist the Training team in a number of exciting and innovative areas such as training development, product launches and retailer Rewards and Recognitions programs (TReK and Journey to Excellence).

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a collegiate academic program for 2025/26 (either a junior, senior, or graduate student).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to learn more about corporate operations.
  • Natural problem solver, with the ability to derive solutions.
  • Team player, dedicated, committed, curious, driven.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Technical Training teams to identify and develop Tableau dashboard reporting and validation.
  • Assist with tracking in-person and virtual course attendance in both Customer Experience and Technical Training.
  • Assist team with product launches as well as brand program development and execution, including procurement of assets and coordination of video shoots.
  • Support the Process and Product team with the management of product knowledge training delivery including course scheduling reporting and coordination of events.
  • Assist in the fulfillment of awards, correspondence for programs and consulting with vendor partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and trainers to assist with Tableau reporting dashboard build out.
  • Monitor mailbox communications and administration of retailer communications and requests.
  • Perform a client experience training analysis to help give an update on which classes require attention monthly/quarterly.
  • Submit tickets to the UK Support Team to help resolve queries regarding the Learning Management System Platform (Excellence).
