About The Position

The position involves implementing and facilitating training programs for assigned areas of the company. The incumbent will collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, monitoring effectiveness, and recommending program modifications. The role requires investigating operational processes to determine effective training solutions and assessing organizational issues and training needs. The findings and recommendations will be presented to management. The position may require travel and working evenings and/or weekends. The incumbent will provide support to branches to meet business needs and participate in basic tasks requiring research and review. If selected for Mortgage-MLO, registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, including fingerprinting and background checks, is required. The role also involves maintaining subject matter expertise and adapting to fluctuating workflows.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic skill in assessing organizational training needs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, business, communication, behavioral sciences, training development, or related field.
