The role of a Training and Implementation Specialist is directly responsible for strategically training onboarding doctors, technicians, and office staff. Training includes, but is not limited to, practical navigational skills to efficiently use the designated EHR and other software, related billing and coding support, EHR remediation and retraining, and other tasks as assigned by the Clinical Excellence Program Manager and Vice President, Clinical Excellence. Additional skills trained by this position include improving the overall flow and technique of the practice from technician work-up to doctor transfer of trust, and encouraging a positive work environment that supports our MyEyeDr. culture. Reporting directly to the Clinical Excellence Program Manager. This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of either our Raleigh, NC or Vienna, VA offices.
