This position is responsible for the coordination and development of the Training for Residential Energy Professionals (TREC) grant program. This position is under the direct supervision of the Workforce Development Manager and will be functionally supervised by the Energy Training Manager, both at Lakes Region Community College (LRCC). This 25 hour a week, grant-funded position is expected to end December 2029, subject to grant funding. Work Site: In-person at LRCC to start with the option to work some hours remotely in accordance with LRCCs remote work policy.
