About The Position
Peraton is currently seeking an experienced Training & Exercise Lead to join our Federal Strategic Cyber group. This role supports CISA's Integrated Preparedness and Readiness Program (IPRP) which encompasses three functional areas: Exercise Support, Corrective Action (After Action Reviews), and Readiness Assessment. You will establish procedures to produce a continuous, integrated assessments of CISA's preparedness through each phase of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program's (HSEEP) Integrated Preparedness Cycle. You will ensure CISA regions, divisions and offices conducting exercises and AARs have appropriate guidance and tools to consistently analyze how their activities support CISA's continuous improvement endeavors to revise plans, build and sustain capabilities, support professional development, maintain preparedness, and an optimized and empowered workforce.
