As a Training Enrollment Associate Manager, you will focus on developing comprehensive learning approaches that align with and advance a federal agency healthcare transformation initiative across the federal government. The Work: In this strategic role, you will focus on developing comprehensive learning approaches that align with and advance a federal agency healthcare transformation initiative across the federal government. The Sr. Training Strategist will analyze the organizations' strategic training objectives, workforce capabilities, and performance gaps to design holistic learning ecosystems that drive mission outcomes. They will help to develop enterprise-wide training strategies that address the unique needs of diverse healthcare roles, from clinical practitioners to administrative staff, while navigating complex regulatory requirements. Working at the intersection of healthcare policy, operations, and technology, this strategist will translate federal healthcare modernization initiatives into comprehensive learning roadmaps. They will establish strategic frameworks for measuring learning effectiveness and business impact, connecting training investments to improved healthcare outcomes, operational efficiency, and compliance metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.

  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and / or ATD Certification
