Requirements

Proven experience in training and developing team members at various levels.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Open availability to meet the demands of the business, this includes Saturdays.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive, team-oriented environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute onboarding and continuous learning strategies for team members.
Collaborate with the Operator and Senior Leadership to implement training programs aligned with Chick-fil-A's vision and values.
Lead and oversee the training and development of all team members and leadership within the restaurant.
Facilitate effective coaching, training, and continuous learning while managing operational responsibilities.
Foster a culture of innovation through strong leadership and critical thinking.
Ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A procedures and standards, delivering high-quality products.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
