About The Position
Virginia Tire & Auto is looking for a knowledgeable Sales Trainer with extensive experience in automotive and/or retail environments. The Sales Trainer is responsible for supporting our current training program, along with the development and implementation of future programs that enhance the skills of our sales staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive and/or retail environments, an in-depth understanding of sales techniques, and a high emotional quotient (EQ) to foster an empathetic approach to sales. This role requires a specialist who can demonstrate and teach these concepts effectively, including a train-the-trainer model, to ensure scalability and long-term growth within our organization.
