As a Training and Development Solution Manager for San Diego EUV Operations, you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Learning and Knowledge Management solutions within specified timelines. Your role will involve developing Learning & Knowledge Management solution deployment and adoption plans, monitoring progress by leading meetings, and initiating meaningful conversations with cross-functional teams to influence and ensure key deliverables are on track. You will apply advanced project management and instructional design skills to manage the training team's project deliverables and timelines, monitor competency performance, and support the continuous improvement of the team's training programs. In this position, you will build and maintain a network of stakeholders, effectively managing their expectations. You will create and maintain project documents and timelines, notifying the Training Manager of any discrepancies in the day-to-day execution of projects. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating and monitoring skill and competency analysis, assisting in the management of organizational development programs for the San Diego Factory, and creating training project plans. You will monitor and control the progress of Training & Development projects, attend and organize relevant meetings and reviews, and represent the Training and Development team in cross-sector project teams. Additionally, you will conduct learning needs assessments, analyze business requirements, and create reports and learning solution proposals to meet stakeholder needs. You will interface with engineering, technical support, manufacturing, field service, safety, and other instructors in the Learning and Development community to drive continuous improvement. This role may require you to perform other duties as assigned to support the success and effectiveness of the Training and Development team.
