The Training & Development Partner (TDP) at Flynn Group for the Arby's brand plays a crucial role in empowering teams and fostering a winning culture. This position involves collaborating with Directors of Operations to create and deliver tailored training programs, ensuring that leaders and teams are equipped for success. The TDP will lead the certification and ongoing development of training managers, oversee training plans for General Managers in Training, and manage leadership development workshops, all while aligning with strategic business goals.

  • Lead the certification and ongoing development of Certified Training Managers.
  • Oversee and support tailored training plans for General Managers in Training (GMITs) and Area Directors.
  • Manage and deliver leadership development workshops that reflect the company's Gold Card culture.
  • Execute strategic training initiatives that align with market objectives and business strategies.
  • Coach and develop new and existing Area Directors to excel in their roles.
  • Partner with Directors of Operations on training needs for new or remodeled restaurants.
  • Measure and assess training outcomes to continuously refine training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design innovative training modules and certifications.
  • Support operational needs for product rollouts, system updates, and restaurant activations.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Organizational Development preferred.
  • 4+ years of restaurant management experience, including 2+ years at or above the Area Director level.
  • 3+ years in Field Training, partnering with multi-unit leaders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone).
  • Familiarity with restaurant management systems like HotSchedules, Aloha, or PowerBI is a plus.
  • Experience in developing training programs for restaurant operations.
