About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Execute and sustain training activities for employees.
  • Determine talent and development priorities and training plans consistent with business strategy.
  • Conduct research into training and development solutions and recommend appropriate implementations.
  • Present staff-developed and externally purchased training programs for employees.
  • Identify and administer funding for appropriate external seminars and training programs.
  • Work with external consultants to customize training curriculums for specific business units.
  • Design and conduct team-building programs for departments and work groups.
  • Facilitate training programs organization-wide.
  • Devise training effectiveness metrics and data collection processes.
  • Manage employee communication by producing and distributing printed and electronic messages.
  • Design and produce employee recognition programs and events.
  • Comply with the Bank's security program and report suspicious activities.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually plus bonus and benefits.
