About The Position

Grow your career by learning the ins and outs of corporate training, curriculum development, and organizational learning initiatives. As a Training & Development Intern at Bell Techlogix, you will gain hands-on experience supporting training programs, assisting with content creation, and helping improve the employee learning experience across the organization. This role allows you to apply your skills, learn new technologies, and collaborate with diverse teams. You will also have the opportunity to connect with leadership, participate in team events, attend professional development sessions, and take part in a volunteer opportunity. All interns have the potential to be hired full-time upon graduation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Creative, proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) is a plus
  • Instructional design

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of training sessions
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new employees through training support
  • Assist in the development and design of training materials and programs
  • Support logistics for key programs, including Bell Techlogix University, Pathfinders, and Illuminations sessions
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing training projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs
  • Help track and analyze training effectiveness and employee feedback
  • Support various training projects and other programs as assigned
