About The Position

The Training Developer position at IT Concepts involves designing and developing training programs and materials for various audiences, particularly in support of DOD SOCOM opportunities. Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree and 3 - 10 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
• 6 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Active DOD TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences.
• Conducts skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements.
• Consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum.
• Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks.
• Writes and edits outlines, syllabi, lecture notes, and materials for in-person and online courses and self-study programs.
