Training Design & Implementation Specialist Core Focus & Summary Lead the strategic, end-to-end design, development, and implementation of all new and modernized learning content, curriculum, and high-impact training programs across the organization. Manage the full content lifecycle—from initial discovery, needs analysis, and strategic user experience (UX) design to pilot, hands-on facilitation, evaluation, and content governance—ensuring all learning assets remain accurate, relevant, and accessible. Serve as a project lead and a central liaison for critical training initiatives, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to drive successful adoption of major organizational change, new technology, and advanced skill development.
