Leverages comprehensive knowledge to train internal and external stakeholders using adult learning theory and other relevant guidelines. Develops system content and training materials. Facilitates effective working relationships with internal peers and with people outside the organization. Measures the accuracy, comprehension, and effectiveness of training sessions by leveraging reporting tools and other training metrics, with minimal guidance. Verifies that all processes and content are following all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Participates in continuous improvement work by reviewing processes, analyzing metrics, and ensuring to implement improvements in training.

  • Participates in continuous improvement by monitoring feedback to identify procedural deficiencies and helping trainers provide refresher training.
  • Creates meaningful relationships with stakeholders by establishing effective working relationships with internal peers and external stakeholders.
  • Trains all internal and external stakeholders by leveraging comprehensive foundational knowledge to deliver training.
  • Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field AND minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development with a focus on instructor led training, or a directly related field.
  • OR Minimum four (4) years of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development with a focus on instructor led training or a directly related field.
