The Training Coordinator at the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) will monitor training courses taught virtually and in the classroom to include planning and implementing training programs, policies, and procedures. The Training Coordinator works with the Training Team, CTAA's contracted subject matter experts and reports directly to the Training and Certification Program Director. This position includes occasional travel such as to CTAA's annual industry EXPO conference. CTAA is a non-profit membership Association based in Washington, DC. and the Association's members are in the business of moving people - efficiently and cost-effectively. CTAA staff, board and members are dedicated to ensuring that all Americans, regardless of age, ability, geography or income, have access to safe, affordable and reliable transportation.
