As we continue to elevate our commitment to service excellence, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support the development and growth of our employees across all hotel properties. This position will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-impact training programs, assessing the organization's training needs, and administering the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective learning experiences that strengthen performance, compliance, and overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Entry-level position, 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other training-related tools.
  • Ability to write reports, professional communications and procedure manuals.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of business objectives and customer service standards.
  • Diplomatic, reliable, responsible person with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for an extended period or throughout the work shift.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize training sessions for all employees, ensuring their timely execution and alignment with business needs.
  • Oversee the logistics and inventory of training materials and supplies, ensuring that spaces are reserved, materials prepared, and all resources ready for training sessions.
  • Develop and design individualized training plans for employees, according to their needs and roles.
  • Create and distribute feedback evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Understand and use technological learning platforms to support the hotel's training needs.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations.
  • Maintain records of employee participation and collaborate with the Human Resources and Operations teams to ensure compliance with all required training programs.
  • Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain the confidentiality of confidential information.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations in all training activities.
  • Provide administrative support to learning and development initiatives, as well as ongoing training projects.
  • Manage multiple training programs simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting established deadlines.
