Work involves planning, organizing, conducting, and evaluating training programs for the state hospital program area. Trains new employees during New Employee Orientation (NEO) and conducts Refresher Training. Monitors all employees in the program area to ensure their training is up to date. Tracks, collects, and e-mails permanent HR documents to Facility Support Services Competency Training and Development (FCTD). Creates and maintains a training database to track compliance with required training. Receives training reports monthly from FCTD and reviews and monitors due dates. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
