About The Position

" Opportunity Snapshot: Compensation: $50-55/hour Location: Carlsbad, NM Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+ Assignment Duration: Long term Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401K, PTO and Holidays Responsibilities Provides administrative support to executive or senior-level individuals Responsibilities include managing and screening calls, scheduling meetings and coordinating schedules, making travel and meeting arrangements, creating correspondence, and preparing reports and financial data Handle additional administrative tasks as necessary Interfaces with resources across departments and represents the executive officer in a highly professional manner Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are mandatory Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position Able to manage, train, and mentor other office staff, lead projects, and handle confidential and sensitive data The nature of the job is generally creating rather than maintaining, and developing rather than monitoring Qualifications Must be able to multi-task and prioritize Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required Proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), Power BI Strong administrative coordination abilities Customer service experience preferred Can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving High School diploma or equivalent required The Bergaila Way: The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry. Requirements
