About The Position

Training & Compliance Metrics Analyst. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for tracking, and reporting key metrics related to both Government & organizational training initiatives and compliance requirements. The candidate work will ensure that the organization remains accountable to its compliance standards and delivers impactful training programs. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT ● Compliance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of employee certifications to ensure alignment with DoD 8570/8140 workforce compliance requirements. Track certification expirations, renewals, and outstanding requirements for relevant personnel. Provide proactive notifications for items nearing expiration. Collaborate with personnel and managers to ensure ongoing compliance with DoD-mandated regulations. Data accuracy and consistency through regular audits and quality checks. ● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Special Access coordinators, HR, compliance officers, and department leaders to ensure alignment with compliance goals and training initiatives. Act as a point of contact for questions or issues regarding training and compliance metrics. ● Provide Monthly & Quarterly Reporting: In this role, candidate will be responsible for compiling and presenting monthly and quarterly performance metrics related to the organization’s security activities that a measured deliverable to the Client. ● Exhibit Understanding Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure reporting complies with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational security policies. Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices for security performance measurement and reporting. ● Support During Investigations or Audits: Support internal and external audit processes regarding training compliance. Analytical Skills: To identify gaps in compliance and propose effective solutions. Communication Skills: To share compliance requirements clearly with stakeholders. Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with applicable industry standards (e.g., CWIP, 8570/8140 standards etc.). Project Management: Ability to manage timelines and multiple concurrent tasks.   • Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly
  • US citizenship required
