Finance, Planning, and Budgeting (FPB) encompasses the major central financial, planning, and budgeting functions for the University of Washington, including: Financial Stewardship & Operations Institutional Data & Analysis Policy, Planning & State Operations University Business Services The role of a Training & Communications Specialist is crucial in supporting the development and execution of Payroll training activities. Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Specialist will work on creating frameworks for training external Workday users/stakeholders using an online eLearning model. The Training & Communications Specialist will coordinate with customer support and technical application management teams and designated stakeholders to evaluate Workday training and resource needs for ongoing and emergent system changes. In addition, the Training & Communications Specialist will develop, define, update, and maintain timely and accurate training content specific to Workday business processes. The Training & Communications Specialist will also assess training requirements and needs based on assigned projects. Apart from these, the Training & Communications Specialist will assist with internal and external communications, website development, and work within the case management system.
