Banner's Clinical Education team is looking for a part-time Training Center Courier to join their team of professionals. In this position you will be responsible for managing RQI/CPR manikin stations as you drop off stations and round on facility carts. Travel in a company vehicle is required to the various facilities. You must be able to work independently and having experience with managing medical equipment and computers is preferred!! This position is 24-hours per week working Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 am - 4:30 pm. REQUIRED: Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy. POSITION SUMMARY This position drives a company vehicle to transport and maintain/troubleshoot specific departmental equipment to and from multiple company facilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
  • Requires reading, writing and mathematical skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, accurately enter data, read and interpret maps, and possess demonstrated effective customer service skills.
  • Employees working at Olive Branch Senior Center must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment.

Nice To Haves

  • May be required to obtain and maintain certification, such as BLS, RQI responder or BLS Advisor AHA Credential, as required by regulatory agency.
  • Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers, maintains and troubleshoots designated department equipment to and from multiple company facilities as assigned in Arizona.
  • Maintains assigned vehicle. Inspects vehicle on a daily basis. Assures that vehicle is kept in good running condition and that scheduled maintenance) has been completed. Maintains accurate log of vehicle runs and all other vehicle activity. Reports all mechanical problems to management.
  • May assist with transport, copy center, mail services, supply chain or clerical support work.
  • May be responsible for scheduling and planning driving routes to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • This position works under full, but not direct supervision, and follows defined procedures. Internal customers include all company staff, including volunteers. External customers include mailing and shipping services vendors, donors and/or customers of the company.
  • Assists with installation, maintenance and repair of departmental equipment.
  • Documents on maintenance logs and other tracking lists per departmental protocol relating to department equipment.
  • Provides customer relations and resolves equipment service problems by ensuring that functionality is restored as quickly as possible. Maintains communication with customers regarding the status of equipment repairs.
