About The Position
The Training and Workforce Development Manager - Industrial Technology at Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs that prepare students for careers in Process Technology, Instrumentation, and Non-destructive Testing. This full-time position focuses on collaboration with industry partners to create industry-based credential programs and ensure that students receive the necessary training to meet the demands of the evolving workforce. The role also involves leading the North Baton Rouge Industrial Training Initiative (NBRITI) and aligning programs with the college's academic and workforce goals.
