About The Position

The Organization Culture department plays a crucial role in promoting the company's values, mission, and vision to a diverse global workforce. This position is part of the Culture Training and Mechanism team, which focuses on enhancing awareness and practice of ByteDance's culture through training, workshops, and integration into management processes. The role requires a minimum of three days in the office, with preferred locations in Los Angeles, Seattle, or New York.
