The Training & Development (T&D) Supervisor plays a crucial role in the Department of Equity and Inclusion, focusing on developing and facilitating a comprehensive DEI training curriculum. This position is responsible for creating micro-trainings, developing original DEI content, and facilitating impactful conversations on inclusion and belonging. The T&D Supervisor will assess organizational DEI practices, leverage best practices to accelerate progress, and embed DEI policies across the organization, while also mentoring trainers and collaborating with various departments to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
