About The Position

The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and delivering learning that improves patient outcomes, clinic performance, and employee experience, advancing the organization’s mission to expand access to transformative care.

Requirements

• Excellent facilitation skills.
• Developing knowledge of Backward Design/ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Functional knowledge of Articulate Rise, Learning Management Systems, and Asana (or comparable PM tool).
• Strong writing and visual design skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Data-curious and outcome-oriented; connects learning to adoption and clinic performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a similar Degree.
• 2+ years in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, and facilitation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Applies Backward Design/ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, and evidence-based methods to create role-based learning for clinicians, clinic managers, front office, and leaders.
• Produces eLearning (Articulate Rise/Storyline), microlearning, facilitator guides, job aids, and short videos.
• Leads the end-to-end New Hire Orientation (NEO) program for all employees—plans, schedules, facilitates, and continuously improves the experience.
• Co-owns Front Office training end-to-end, planning, facilitation, and continuous improvement.
• Partners with Clinical and Front Office Operations to continuously improve training programs through needs analysis and feedback loops.
• Delivers virtual/in-person training for all employees.
• Manages timelines in Asana, runs stand-ups/checkpoints, communicates risks/decisions, and delivers on time with quality.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
