About The Position

Training and Development Specialist (Fox Cable Network Services, LLC; Los Angeles, California): Manage learning programs such as Harvard Certificate Program & FOX Intern program, including program scheduling, communications, roster management, and session delivery. Design and develop company-wide training content and training materials. Work together with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and department leads to create engaging training content and learning experiences. Training coordination and logistics, including scheduling training and managing the training calendar. Manage marketing and communications for training programming across the enterprise. Manage and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) including creation of courses, scheduling, and tracking attendance. Primary administrator & point of contact for eLearning platforms. Manage vendors to deliver training programs. Deliver ad-hoc training projects and training requests for teams as required. Serve as point of contact for business units requiring assistance on various learning & professional development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Instructional Design or related field.
  • One (1) year of experience in the position offered or related occupation.
