The Training & Development Specialist-Collections designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates quality training/orientation programs that meet business and human performance objectives, which ultimately enhance staff’s abilities to enhance the lives of our member-owners. Additionally, this role functions as a curriculum developer and serves as the liaison between Training, subject-matter experts and business units. The main responsibilities will include transforming information into consistent and viable training documentation/materials to be delivered in a variety of mediums. The documentation/materials created will translate complex information and terminology on our core application systems, work flows, and end user usability information into simplified language that meets the needs and abilities of the intended audience.
