About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential to the development of our workforce and the advancement of our organizational culture. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide learning programs, working closely with leaders across departments to identify skill gaps and create impactful training solutions. In addition to overseeing training strategy, this position will support broader Human Resources initiatives, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy development.
