About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and supporting ongoing staff development. Your expertise will contribute to swimmer progression, product rollouts, and maintaining high curriculum standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in training development and instructional methodologies.
  • Proficiency in developing training programs and instructional materials.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new hire training and development programs.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and develop instructor skills.
  • Perform ongoing staff observations and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Support swimmer progression and provide guidance.
  • Lead product rollouts and ensure curriculum expertise.
  • Maintain documentation, tracking, and quality assurance standards.
  • Enhance customer service, communication, and company culture.
  • Assist with hiring, team development, and operational support.
