About The Position

The Training and Development Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees. The primary responsibility will be to manage our overall learning system, leveraging technology and best practices to create a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for employee skill development, career progression, and talent retention.
  • Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials and resources.
  • Design, organize, and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules using the latest instructional design techniques and technology.
  • Implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Ensure that all training and development programs comply with legal and industry standards.
  • Maintain quality standards, content accuracy, and relevance in training materials.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with training initiatives.
