About The Position
Fetch is seeking a Training and Development Manager to design, deliver, and execute learning initiatives that empower employees, foster career development, and drive organizational success. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, this role will play an integral role in creating and delivering training programs that enhance employee growth and align with Fetch's broader talent management and organizational goals. You will collaborate across teams to implement cohesive and engaging learning experiences, support leadership development initiatives, and contribute to key processes like onboarding and performance management. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach to training delivery and program execution while staying current on industry trends to keep our programs innovative and effective. This is a full-time, remote position, with the option to work from one of our offices (Madison, Birmingham, or Chicago) and occasional travel for various training initiatives.
