The Training and Development Coordinator provides administrative and hands-on support for CODA's training programs, both in-person and virtually. You'll help bring our mission to life by coordinating new hire orientations, managing our online Learning Management System (LMS), tracking certifications, and partnering with leaders to build a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Your work ensures CODA staff are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to the people we serve.
