The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the training and education program for the Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX (OEO) at the University of Utah. This role involves informing the campus community, including staff, students, faculty, patients, and visitors, about their rights and responsibilities under the University's nondiscrimination policies. The coordinator will assess training needs, develop and deliver training programs in various formats, create educational materials, oversee the content of the OEO's website, and collaborate with the campus community to plan outreach events.
