About The Position
The Training and Curriculum Development Manager at the Center on Child Wellbeing and Trauma (CCWT) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of training and technical assistance programs aimed at making child-serving organizations and systems in Massachusetts more trauma-informed and responsive. This role involves collaboration with state agencies and providers, providing guidance and support to enhance their effectiveness in serving children and families. The position includes supervising Technical Assistance Specialists and requires a hybrid work schedule with some travel throughout the Commonwealth.
