Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery and evaluation of the ODP Medication Administration Training Program, including maintaining trainer certification and ensuring compliance with state standards. Develop and oversee specialized health and safety trainings (e.g., diabetes care, seizure management, EpiPen administration, enteral feeding). Design and implement a Direct Support Professional development curriculum incorporating person-centered and competency-based learning. Collaborate with clinical, compliance, and program leaders to ensure training content reflects best practices and regulatory requirements. Facilitate engaging classroom and online sessions tailored to diverse learning styles. Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring consistent course delivery and recordkeeping. Collect and analyze training outcomes to drive continuous improvement and audit readiness. Provide coaching and technical assistance to supervisors and trainers to strengthen instructional quality and consistency. Qualifications Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Nursing, Human Services, or a related field (Master's preferred). Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in adult learning, curriculum design, or staff development within healthcare or human services. Skills: Strong instructional design, facilitation, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools. Certifications: Pennsylvania ODP Medication Administration Trainer certification is preferred or attainable once ODP eligibility requirements are met, CPR/First Aid Instructor Certification (preferred or attainable within 6 months), Other relevant trainer certifications as required for specialized training delivery Other Requirements: Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
