About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to assist with the stand up of developing curriculum for the Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBCP), Blue Force Tracker (BFT) System by providing SME support for curriculum development and delivery of course material in Charleston, SC.

Requirements

• Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience advising others on the use of curriculum development and instructional methodologies.
• Familiarity with the ADDIE process for course curriculum.
• Formal/informal training background.
• Must have an Interim Secret clearance to start and maintain an Active Secret clearance for the duration of the contract.

Nice To Haves

• Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P) experience.

Responsibilities

• Training evaluations and support provided in the creation of a variety of training products such as Student Guides, PowerPoint slides, and Instructor Guides/Lesson Plans.
• Course delivery by formal lecture and lab exercises utilizing actual systems configured for a training environment.
• Assess or test participants on learning objectives.
• Perform post-event follow-up activities such as documenting on site user training statistics and lessons learned related to the training.
