About The Position

The Training Administrator II at Serco will play a crucial role in supporting the ICE Training Academy by managing training data and records, facilitating communication between the academy, students, and staff. This position requires strong organizational skills and experience in training management, contributing to the efficiency of federal law enforcement training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5+ years relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • 4 years of office/clerical work experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain/transfer Public Trust clearance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing training program data and documents.
  • Strong SharePoint management and organization skills.
  • Experience with Learning and Training management systems.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with TEAMS and Zoom platforms.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with federal law enforcement training and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with performing searches of electronic and hardcopy files and databases for records, supportive data, and historical documents.
  • Maintain a variety of office logs and files.
  • Prepare, write, and edit a variety of correspondence including letters and memos.
  • Prepare, create, format, and edit files, spreadsheets, presentations, and charts.
  • Support the development and implementation of a correspondence management process, including templates and samples for letters, memorandums, directives, manuals, or other similar items.
  • Recommend the improvement and simplification of reporting requirements through analyses of data reported, analyses of the requirements and methods for preparation of reports and assure that reporting requirements are met.
  • Provide counsel or suggestions to increase performance efficiency and effectiveness and streamline processes.
  • Assist with invoicing processes.
  • Keep abreast of agency regulations and policies that may be applicable to training requirements as they relate to mission objectives.
