About The Position

The Training Administrator position is responsible for coordinating and administering all training bookings, entering and coding employees in training attendance information, and maintaining accurate filing systems for all employees' files. The role involves assisting trainers with printing training manuals and handouts, providing information regarding training dates, and enrolling e-learners. The Training Administrator will also prepare and distribute reports as requested and ensure that all filing is up to date, following the 8 Pillar requirements. The position requires a professional image and conduct at all times, and the ability to perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Ability to work using own initiative and without supervision
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational planning skills and a good eye for detail
  • Experience of working in a busy, sometimes high-pressure environment
  • At least 3 years aviation experience
  • Must be able to lift to 70lbs when required
  • Must be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Valid driver's license, ability to obtain required security clearances and ability to obtain a driving authorization from local airport authority
  • Must be able to travel when required
  • Must be reliable and maintain excellent attendance
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Work is completed primarily indoors; however, must be comfortable working in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Entering and coding employees in training attendance information
  • Coordinate and administer all training bookings
  • Send attendance registers to Line Management daily
  • Print, record, and issue Training Certificates
  • Assist Trainers with printing Training Manuals and handouts
  • Provide information regarding training dates and record same for management
  • Assist with enrolling e-learners
  • Assist with e-learning training and contacting employees to complete all initial and recurrent training
  • Maintain accurate filing system for all employees' files and enter employee data into the Training Matrices
  • Ensure all filing is up to date and that files are kept in good order following the 8 Pillar requirements
  • Relocate active to terminated files
  • Update and maintain Station Matrix for ATL (Atlanta)
  • Assist with Matrix and Training related queries
  • Prepare and distribute reports as requested
  • Develop a uniform database, maintain uniform inventory, and provide updates to the Training Manager
  • Complete uniform orders for new hires
  • Keep the training office neat and orderly daily
  • Project a professional image/conduct at all times
  • Perform other duties as required
