  • Experience in creating and implementing learning and development strategies
  • Proven track record of employee training
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and their application in training programs
  • Demonstrable experience in employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update technical training programs tailored to the needs of the Facility Department staff
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
  • Schedule and facilitate engaging training sessions, incorporating hands-on exercises to enhance learning
  • Monitor progress of staff during training sessions to assess understanding and retention
  • Handle logistics related to training sessions, including room setup, materials preparation, and technology setup
  • Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions, participants, and outcomes
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and analyzing data to make informed adjustments
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in training methodology, incorporating new ideas into program updates
  • Continually improve training programs, seeking opportunities for enhancements and implementing changes as necessary
  • Use tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Cisco Webex Meetings to create e-Learning modules and other instructional materials
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations in the design and delivery of training programs.
