About The Position

The Training Admin / Data Entry Support – Temp is responsible for providing operational support to training and learning initiatives through accurate, timely, and consistent data entry within the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS). This individual will be responsible for loading and maintaining learner profiles, entering training information such as observation checklists and training course completions, and ensuring data integrity across the Cornerstone LMS. This role supports the overall effectiveness of the training function by ensuring learner records, observation checklists, course assignments, and training data are properly loaded, maintained, and validated within the system.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of prior data entry experience required.
  • Prior experience working with an LMS required.
  • Prior training or learning administration experience and experience with Cornerstone LMS required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain learner profiles, observations checklist and training records in the Cornerstone LMS.
  • Load training data into forms, miscellaneous fields, and other LMS data structures in compliance with established guidelines.
  • Work with external vendor to secure necessary training and understanding to develop LMS to meet business needs.
  • Build and test competency models, competency banks and observation checklist to ensure proper function.
  • Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in data when necessary.
  • Support training and HR teams by responding to data requests and completing assigned tasks within established timelines.
  • Assist with basic LMS reporting, audits, or data clean‑up efforts to support training compliance and operational accuracy.
  • Follow and create documented processes while identifying opportunities to streamline data entry and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and training records at all times.
  • Adhere to federal and state regulations.
  • Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
  • Predictable and reliable attendance.
