They will be a seen as a prominent leader by the movers on their crew that they train which will make them a perfect candidate to transition into management positions in the future. Pay Tips: $800-$1,600 per month($5-$10 per hour). Trainers: $27–$35+/hr (hourly pay + tips + bonuses) Trainers Start at $21+/hr. Drivers/Trainers are eligible for up to $2.40/hr in raises per year Day-to-Day Work Drive a 26ft non-CDL box truck and crew to customer’s homes. Pack, wrap, load, and unload household goods I.E. furniture & boxes. Disassemble/reassemble furniture. Maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly work environment. Lead a 2–6 person crew. Deliver excellent customer service every time. General Requirements: Drivers : Must… Have had a valid driver’s license for 3+ years. Be able to lead a 2-4 man crew. Be at least 21 years of age or older per insurance requirement. Good driving record. If you have no experience driving a Non-CDL box truck, no worries you’ll be trained on how to. Experience is appreciated but not required. Requirements Age 21+ (insurance requirement). Valid driver’s license for 3+ years. Good driving record. Box truck driving experience is a plus, but we will train you. Ability to lead a 2-6 man team. Pass a strict background check. Live within 40 minutes of Addison (75001). Strong, physically fit , able to lift up to 100+ lbs repeatedly, 200 pounds independently up and down stairs, and 500 pounds in coordination with other team members throughout an 8+ hour day. Availability to work full time, 4+days/week. Reliable transportation to and from work. Professional, customer-focused attitude.
