This position is for a Trainer supporting the Optum Shared Services RCM business operations, to include Acute and Ambulatory, Acute and Ambulatory Patient Financial Services- PFS. The responsibilities of this position will be to deliver the training curriculum needed to support the business units serviced. The person will deliver process, procedure and systems training for multiple claim platforms and ancillary systems associated with Optum or its clients through the UHG cultural/values lens. May also deliver soft skills training. The candidate will work closely with the Operational Teams to identify training opportunities and implement strategies to conduct that training and make the staff more efficient This position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or at weekends. This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be normal business hours, Monday - Friday.
