About The Position

A Safety Trainer conducts classes with potential and existing customers depending on their training requirements. They are responsible for offering the best possible training with the addition of some possible hands-on training depending on the course.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Organization skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Ability to work as a team with others.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of standing while training.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel.
• Train in cold or hot weather
• Must be bilingual

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a record of training documents for the customers.
• Must be able to complete training and in some cases upload pictures, and documents onto a web portal, so the customer can get credit.
• Prepare for classes before.
• Communicate with customer representatives upon arrival at the training location.
• On some occasions travel will be required to get to our customers, so planning will be critical.
• Must be able to keep up with daily tickets and invoices promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
