About The Position

We are currently seeking a Trainer to join our Education Department. This is a remote position, with occasional travel required to client locations for onsite training. THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
1–3 years of training, teaching, or facilitation experience, preferably with adult learners.
Strong presentation and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications is a plus but not required.
Experience with CRM software, Millennium/Meevo software, or similar systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and onsite to clients and internal employees.
Become fluent in all Millennium Systems International products, policies, and processes.
Create and maintain training materials, including training guides, PowerPoints, workbooks, and documentation.
Collaborate with Team Leads and senior trainers to organize and refine curriculum for internal onboarding and client education.
Capture high-quality screenshots for use in education and marketing materials.
Manage and maintain Education training environments within Meevo.
Provide support for educational events as needed.
Travel to client locations for on-site training when required. In accordance with company policy, out-of-pocket travel expenses may be incurred, but they will be reimbursed and reflected in your next paycheck.
