About The Position
Train new service representatives throughout the Region Assist in coverage for understaffed centers throughout the region as needed
Requirements
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- High School Diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice To Haves
- CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred
Responsibilities
- Train service representatives on policies, procedures, systems, and all other job duties
- Assist understaffed locations by fulfilling the Service Representative position duties
- Complete thorough and accurate location reviews and vehicle inspections
- Assist in the development of processes and practices to improve regulatory compliance, safety, safe driving practices, efficiency, and all other center or employee needs
