About The Position

The Opportunity As our Trainer in our Pre-Litigation department, you will train new employees and support experienced employees in performance improvement. Accountable for Develop and deliver training programs including educational materials, conduct training sessions, and ensure staff motivation. Lead onboarding and prepare new team members with a focus on Case Manager Assistants to ensure knowledge of workflow and expectations of the department. Continued observation of workflow and teams to collect feedback, results, and performance data and identify gaps to resolve with management team. Structure training plans to meet business and financial objectives and monitor results. Track training progress and report on the impact. Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs if applicable. Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.

Requirements

  • Experience in training and coaching in a legal or administrative setting.
  • Experience in having used or trained in case management software (ex. Litify or similar tools).
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
  • Seasoned presenter and extremely comfortable leading a group.
  • Demonstrated ability to design effective yet clear and simple training programs.
  • Outstanding coaching skills and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in training is a plus.
