As a Trainer II , you will lead training sessions for new call center employees, focusing on mid- to high-complexity products, client tools, and operational processes. You will guide groups of 30 to 35 new hires through a structured training program lasting up to three weeks, with the goal of ensuring they meet performance and attendance metrics required to graduate from training What You Get: Full-time employment at $23.00/hour which may be below your state's minimum wage.
